Who Roasts Your Coffee
GRND is founded and roasted by Earl White. Earl roasts every batch himself, in small batches, on a Skywalker V1 roaster. He learned the hard way that darker isn't stronger: the first CHARGE batches were roasted dark, customers said it didn't hit the way they expected, and pulling the roast back to a medium profile changed that. That kind of trial, feedback, and adjustment is how every GRND roast gets dialed in. When he isn't roasting, Earl is training and competing himself, so he drinks the same coffee he sells, before the same kind of sessions you do.
How We Roast
Every bag of GRND coffee is small-batch roasted, then rested before it ships so it brews smoother and more consistently. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. No warehouse pallets, no months on a grocery shelf.
We source specialty-grade beans because your cup deserves better than commodity coffee. We roast with care because consistency matters as much in your coffee as it does in your training. And we never cut corners — because the athletes we serve don't, either.
